How the TPF2G1 Pump Works:-
The TPF2G1 generates high-pressure hydraulic flow through a highly efficient external gear mechanism:
- Gear Rotation: A motor drives the primary gear, which instantly turns the intermeshing driven gear. As the teeth unmesh at the inlet port, it creates a powerful vacuum that draws hydraulic fluid into the pump.
- Fluid Transfer: The fluid is securely trapped in the pockets between the gear teeth and the outer casing wall, where it is smoothly carried from the suction side to the discharge side.
- Pressure Generation: As the gears intermesh again at the outlet side, the volume decreases, forcibly pushing the hydraulic fluid out of the pump in a continuous, pulsation-free stream.
